JAMUN, KARELA, VIJAYSAR, METHI, GILOY, MAMEJAVA, NEEM leaves and CHALA, BILLUPATRA, HALDI, TULSI are commonly used herbs in Ayurvedic system for DIABETES. The role of BASANT KUSHMAKAR RASA and SHILAJEETespecially in controlling the side effect of disease is commendable. HEART DISEASE :- Ayurvedic System of medicine can provide better treatment to heart patients.Arjun is used in heart disease and modern researches has confirmed the roll of Arjun. In case of caroted artery blockage use of raw lauki in gm of quantity may be crushed into small pieces grinded again with seven leaves of Tulsi, Seven leaves of Pudina and five black pepper Kalimirch. The whole piece is filtered with cloth and this juice may be taken empty stomach early in the morning and in evening for days with Hridyarnurasa, Prabhakar Vati, Arjunabhya Rasa are given along with. Arjunarishta and Punarnavaso ml each along with equal quantity of water may be takenm twice after lunch and dinner. INDRALUPTA(ALOPECIA):- Effects of this disease are – post  surgical scar, Dicolouration and loss of hair etc. It is cured with the use of Romsanjanana LepaMYOPIA: - This can be cured by oral system of treatment of medicine(ayurvedic) upto age of years. For this purpose mg to mg SAPTAAMRATALAUH twice daily with milk is administered alongwith MAHATRIPHALAGRIDHA in dosage - gms twice daily with milk. This treatment is done for months. PEPTIC ULCER: - PEPTIC ULCER can be effectively treated by Ayurvedic system of medicine. Use of AMALKI powder in dosage of - gms after lunch and dinner with water is effective. AVIPATTIKARCHURNA, KAMDUDHARAS, SUTASHEKHER RAS, YASTMADHUCHURNA & BHOONIMBADI KADHA are effective medicine in case of PEPTIC ULCER. During treatment proper dietary instruction must be followed. ARTHRITIS :- This is a common degenerative old age problem. It may be classified RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, OSTEO ARTHRITIS, SPONDELITIS AND GOUT. Ayurvedic system of medicine is effective answer to this disease. NIRGUNDI, KAMASHALLAKI, LAHSUN and various types of GUGULU viz. MAHAYOGRAJ GUGULU, TRAYODASHAN GUGULU, SINGHNAD GUGULU, KANCHNAR GUGULU, LAKSHADHI GUGULU, PURARNAVADHI GUGULU etc. MAHARASHNADHI QUATH, DASHMOOLA QUATH etc are also effective. MAHANARYANA TELA, VISHGARTHA TELA, PRASOLINI TELA etc are used locally in ARTHRITIS cases. MYOPIA: - This can be cured by oral system of treatment of medicine(ayurvedic) upto age of years.
